What we collect
When you sign in to the Elova Creators platform, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. When you fill in the creator profile, we collect the social media handles and metrics you choose to share.
When you submit the contact form on our marketing site, we collect your name, business or handle, email, role, and the message you send. We also record the page you came from, your user agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address for spam prevention.
How we use it
- To operate the platform and show you opportunities that match your profile.
- To respond to messages you send us through the contact form.
- To send transactional emails about your account (sign-in confirmations, application status updates).
- To prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service (e.g., sending an email via our transactional email provider).
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time. Email hello@elova.co and we'll respond within 5 business days.
Cookies & analytics
We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking, advertising cookies, or analytics that follow you across the web.
Data location & security
All data is stored on Cloudflare's global edge network via D1 (database) and Workers (compute). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We hold the minimum data needed to provide the service.
